A different way to enjoy mushrooms. Nutritional, healthy and light with herbs.

Ingredients

(for 4 persons)

28 medium white mushrooms

1/3 cup of olive oil

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon rosemary leaves

1 clove of garlic mashed

1 teaspoon oregano

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • With a wet towel clean the mushrooms very good
  • Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and beat them well
  • Brush the mushrooms with the sauce from the bowl well
  • Bake them on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning to cook on all slides. During this time, we smear them a second time with the sauce from the bowl.
